ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holiday will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.

DELIVERY

At NYDK, we believe in straightforward and transparent pricing. That's why our prices include delivery charges. We're committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and worry-free as possible.

Delivery Time: [8]Eight to [10]Ten Business Working Days. Please note that delivery times are estimated from the date of order, and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as delivery delays and weather conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do NOT ship outside of SINGAPORE. We will work harder and hope to serve our neighbouring countries in the near future.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instuctions for redelivery or pickup. If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. NYDK is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.
